1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of sparkling water
½ teaspoon of spicy paprika
1 onion
2 large, thick slices of cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
2 Australian-type hamburger buns
salt
How to make:
- Cut the onion into thick rings, about a finger thick;
- Put the sparkling water in a bowl, and gradually pour the wheat flour, mixing well with a fouet until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Also mix the paprika and, if you want, add a little salt;
- Heat a lot of oil in a pan. Pass the onion rings through the dough, using a fork. Drain the excess dough into the rings and fry them in the oil. Book on paper towels;

- Light the grill to roast the hamburgers, if you prefer, you can use a pan on the grill with a drizzle of oil. Leave about three minutes and turn it over. Season with salt. Leave for about 3 to 4 minutes and turn again. Season the other side with salt as well;
- Place the cheese slices and cover. Let it melt for about a minute. Remove the hamburger and quickly pass the cut bread in half on the toasting plate.
Assembly: spread the barbecue sauce on the bread, place the hamburger with the melted cheddar and two to three onion rings on top, fitting each other. Cover with the other half of the bread and serve next.

3 onions
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Can of dark beer
Salt and pepper to taste

- First, cut the onions into medium pieces. Take them to sauté, for about 3 minutes, in a pan with 3 tablespoons of butter;
- Then add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and the black beer of your choice. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beer has been almost completely absorbed by the onion;
- Using the ground beef, make the hamburgers using a mold. If you don’t have a mold, divide the portion of meat into 6, make 6 balls and knead one by one using a plate;
- Light the grill to roast the hamburgers, if you prefer, you can use a pan on the grill with a drizzle of oil. Leave about three minutes and turn it over. Season with salt. Leave for about 3 to 4 minutes and turn again. Season the other side with salt as well;
