Holiday Recipes- Part 1: Grilled Ham glazed with Brown Sugar.

A very good opportunity to cook a delicious meal to them and show all your love through food. So here is a terrific recipe of Grilled ham with brown sugar and mustard glaze. Enjoy!

 

This recipe works for almost every occasion, because it’s very simple and can satisfy even the most demanding palate among your friends. Follow the recipe steps and rock the christmas dinner!

 

You’re going to need:

  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of yellow mustard, any kind
  • 9 pounds of bone-in ham

 

Steps to prepare and cook your grilled ham:

  1. Before cooking, remove the ham from its wrapper and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the rind of the ham in a 1 inch diamond pattern, cutting about 1/4 inch deep;
  2. Preheat grill on high heat;
  3. Mix brown sugar and mustard together in a bowl until a paste forms;
  4. Place ham on a large piece of aluminum foil. Spread brown sugar paste over the entire ham. Wrap foil securely around the ham, sealing all of the edges together. Place wrapped ham in a disposable pan;
  5. Grill the ham on the preheated grill for about 2 1/2 hours, when removed from the grill it should have a beatiful crust and look well cooked. Let rest 30 minutes before slicing.
